To qualify for a refund:
Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Refund

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
- A photo of the package, if applicable
Our team will review your request and respond within one to two business days.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
For faster service: Return the item you no longer want by following our return process.
Once your return is processed, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must still meet the return eligibility criteria: they must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
