At Françoise Studio, each item is made-to-order, created uniquely for you at the time of purchase. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as a change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or items delivered to the wrong address due to a customer input error.

We want you to love your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of every product.

Eligibility for Returns: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We accept returns or offer refunds, or replacements only in the following situations:

  • Your order arrives damaged
  • Your order arrives with a manufacturing defect
  • You receive the wrong item, size, or design

If any of the above issues occur, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

How to Report an Issue

To request a replacement or refund for an eligible issue, please email us at support@francoisestudio.com with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  4. A photo of the package (if damage is packaging-related)

Our team will review your claim and respond within one to two business days.

Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, we will offer one of the following:

  • A refund to your original payment method within 7 business days
  • A replacement of the same product
  • A store credit, if preferred

You will not be required to return the damaged or incorrect item unless specifically requested.
